We have the necessary equipment
and machinery for fabrication of parts from PTFE tapes and shapes
using punch dies.
In our mechanical workshop, we use
crank presses for die-cutting of rings and gaskets with a diameter
of 10 to 50 mm and a thickness of 0.2 to 2 mm out of PTFE tapes.
This technique is used for fabrication of gaskets and rod sealing
rings for hydraulic and air cylinders.
We use the die-cutting method for
fabrication of split lock rings for applications in units with a
section of 4 õ 1...5.
We fabricate PTFE cubes for
equipment for drying homogeneous substances (e.g. egg powder,
plasticizers, blood) by double-edge cutting of PTFE shapes.
Our company has the capacity to
fabricate more complex parts using punch dies. We use this
technique for producing linings for irons (for anti-burn and
anti-gloss protection of linen).
